Yep, that's Alabama

The early prize for best political TV ad of the year goes to Dale Peterson, candidate for Alabama agriculture commissioner. See it here. It's a good ole kick tail and take names ad, in fact he uses almost those exact words. The best part is the staccato, shotgun editing that makes him sound like a caffeinated drill sergeant, and the state trooper sunglasses. In a fight, I want this guy on my side.

Christie for President

I haven't blogged in a while but I had to let you see these two videos. First is the Al Gore jeremiad at the University of Tennessee. It's awesome just for showing how ridiculous and embarrassing he and the global warming alarmists have become.

Another great video is this one of New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who tells a newspaper columnist (ahem) that he's too thin skinned. What's great about Christie is not that he dressed down a newspaper guy (we never like that) but that he clearly enunciated a conservative's role as a governor -- to cut spending and reduce taxes. Watch it now, you won't regret it.

Pomp and Apocalypse

This is one of the funniest videos I've seen this week. Watch it here.

University of Tennessee graduates were certainly excited and enthused about their futures after listening to former vice president Al Gore re-hash his litany of apocalypse, mayhem and doom.

Not only does liberalism hurt people, hurt the economy and have a warped view of reality, but it's also so darn depressing. Good to see Americans for Prosperity having fun with it. Watch this video if you need a laugh today.
